Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired!

Sometimes, the daily grind and the hustle and bustle of life wears us out. Then to top it off, chemotherapy and radiation can and often will make you physically sick and tired. The chemotherapy drugs cause nausea, weakens your immune system and leave you feeling tired, fatigued, weak and often in pain.

All of this leaves us battle worn and weary! Where do you go to get relief?!

Well, God wants to lift your burden and strengthen you. He wants you to rise up in the Strength of His Might!

Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you.

Psalm 28:7-8 says “The Lord is my Strength and my (impenetrable) Shield; my heart trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on Him, and I am helped; there-fore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him.

Psalm 46:1,10 says “God is our Refuge and Strength (mighty and impenetrable to temptation), a very present and well-proved help in trouble. … Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth!”

When we turn to God and look to Him, He strengthens us.

Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm Strength of my heart and my Portion forever.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for the Lord ( who expect, look for and hope in Him) change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift up their wings and mount up (close to God) as eagles (mount up to the sun); they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.

As you wait on the Lord, as you look for and hope in Him, He changes and renews your strength! You will not grow weary or grow faint or tired!! You are walking in His Strength and His Power. A strength more than your own!! Our God is awesome and supernatural!! He transforms us into His likeness! Let go and Let God!!

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for my dear friend today. She is tired and weary. Sick and tired of being sick and tired. Renew her strength in You today. As she looks to you Father change and renew her strength today. Cause her to run and not grow weary or lose heart. Cause her to walk and not grow faint and tired. Cause your joy to be her strength today. Thank you, Father for blessing my dear friend today with the vastness of Your Love. May Your Sustaining joy be her strength today. In Jesus Name!
